Pertussis (Whooping Cough)

Per California Law (AB354), ALL students entering grades 7 through 12 will be required to provide documentation of having obtained a pertussis (Tdap) vaccine booster prior to entering school on the first day of the 2012-13 school year. The SVUSD is encouraging all families to have their 6th through 11th grade students vaccinated prior to June 1st to prevent delays in enrolling for the new school year.

Please bring proof of vaccination to the school office prior to June 1, so that the office staff can input information on your student’s immunization record.
