Let’s show some School Spirit!

We are excited to have Lake Forest Elementary Spirit Wear this year for both children and adults.

 ALL orders for LFE Spirit Wear are due by September 23, 2011.

Please be sure to order the correct size as there may not be any opportunity to swap sizes once the order has been placed. Sample sizes are located in the office to try on.

Click here to download and print the order form. Completed order forms can be returned to your child's teacher or dropped off at the school office. Please make sure to include your email address on the order form, as an email confirmation of your order will be sent upon receipt. All orders will be given to your child one to two weeks after our order is placed.
