Let’s show some school spirit!

We are excited to have some new Lake Forest Elementary spirit wear this year for both children and adults. LFE spirit wear will be ordered a few times during the year. The first orders will be taken from Oct. 1-14. 

Sizes to try on are located in the office.  Please be sure that you order the correct size as there may not be any opportunity to switch.

Click on the picture below to download the order form, then print and fill it out. Make sure to include your email address on the order form. Please submit all orders through your child’s teacher or by submitting to the office. An email confirmation of your order will be sent upon receipt to the PTO Board.

 All orders will be given to your child one to two weeks after our order is placed.

Please make all checks payable to LFE PTO.
